You know you’re in Austin when restaurants have both a “🐕 WELCOME” and “NO 🔫” sign at the entrance
Swipe ⬅️ for a walk down Barton Springs Road, #Austin’s most neon street 🌈 I’ve lived here since 2004 (except that brief stint when I quit my job, sold my house, and moved in with my parents to become an iNfLuEnCeR). Austin is an artist’s dream because color is everywhere—from signs to buildings to rivers, lakes, and springs, inspiration is easy to find here 💖 Have you been to Austin? What’s your favorite thing about it?
I love revisiting things that got me into photography, like this sign—swipe for the 2013 #candyminimal version 🍭 Back then, I loved solid skies and sun-faded colors. Now, I’m into textures, natural-looking skies, and bolder colors. My love for surrealism, minimalism, and color hasn’t changed, though.
NICE!!! I just dumped a whole bunch of wallpapers on my story. Go get ‘em, your phone needs a makeover 💅
I guess the leprechauns at the end of this rainbow are mermaids?
Did my childhood hero copy an IG artist? I’ve investigated the social media firestorm involving 2 huge brands, a trending $20k GoFundMe, and an eviction threat. Article link in bio 🕵️♂️

This is a message for my followers who are struggling with coming out: I’ve been there. Hiding a part of yourself affects everything you do, and it’s hugely stressful. It’s hard to understand just how big of a stressor it is until you’ve come out—that’s why people wait so long. Coming out is terrifying, and it seems less daunting to just bottle it up and not deal with it. But coming out is one of the most liberating things anyone can experience. If you need someone to talk to, I’m here, and our DM’s will be kept in strict confidence 🌈 #NationalComingOutDay
Air guitar 🎸🌅 I’ve been on IG for 8 years. During that time, I left my job, sold my house, moved in with my parents, and got dumped, all so I could focus on bringing to life the colorful world in my head. Y’all have stuck by me every second and have helped me realize that dream so I could move back to Austin. You cheer me on when I experiment with photography. You buy my notebooks even though you already own a pile of perfectly usable notebooks. You don’t mind if I go MIA on stories because I get sad sometimes. Having you as an audience inspires me to keep creating no matter how colorless life can feel sometimes. Thank you 🙏🌈🦄
