As much as aerial photography was objective here, taking time to watch presently and appreciate what whirled below is what it is about for me. Looking out for moments that resonate in an attempt to do justice to the Southern Alps and what unfolds beyond the Cessna wing. Forever grateful for what I see and then the opportunity to translate that through a lens, well that is the cherry on top.
First rays projecting onto Passo Stelvio, one truly beautiful road. For @visitsouthtyrol in July.
Wadi Rum, Jordan.
Recently for @glenorchyair - flying plane to plane featuring Aoraki/Mt Cook.
Sharing sunset with more than welcoming Bedouins that felt like long time friends. Talking for a few hours around the fire, then walking back to town through Petras ancient ruins in darkness. There are certain experiences, the little details that have have a lasting impact. It's the people met along the way or those who share the journey that open a door that otherwise would be closed.
Down the throat of the Fox Glacier from the last Southern Hemisphere’s winter. Ethereal landscape and conditions as cloud covers the ocean, however, sharing it with great friends is what made it so special.
Brolga & a rescued kangaroo Joey in Alice Springs. One of the many incredible characters of the NT. Personal favourite from a two week project in Outback Australia for @Ausoutbacknt Cc @we_are_explorers
Moonset - Fitz Roy
Wadi Rum, Jordan
Reflecting back 12 months - autumn/fall in El Chalten. Continuing to play as a reminder to me of the rewards to be found in personal work
