PHYSIQUE UPDATE at 16 weeks out. I started this cut at 180lbs and am already down to 171lbs this morning (although most of that is water weight and bloat). Fitness-wise I am training 6 times a week, doing 4 sessions of low intensity cardio, and some HIIT once I get up every morning. Nutrition-wise my caloric intake is about 2400kcal with at least 170g of protein. I am also making sure to drink at least 1/2 gallon of water every day. I’m still at the very early stages of this prep and I know that there’s A LOT of work left to be done but we’re moving in the right direction. It’s all about trusting the process and soon enough things will start to fall more into place. Hope everyone has a productive and successful week 😃🙌🏼.
