▶️We know that when we are mindful, or fully present in a situation, we are healthier, think more clearly, and are less stressed and less influenced by negative emotions that may otherwise disrupt our wellness.
▶️In order to receive the benefits of mindfulness, however, we need to practice it.
💡Today, practice being mindful while going through your day, paying special attention to noticing items from the following list:
☀️Puffy clouds
☀️A bug crawling on a plant
☀️An interesting clock
☀️A crosswalk and the people walking through it
☀️A parent playing with their child
☀️The perfume or cologne of a person passing by

✅With each discovery, note after how it felt to truly be in the moment only focusing on the list item(s).
