Don’t kid yourself before starting on your journey! Before anything can start you need to be ware of what it takes to make real change and reach your end goal! • • Get your head in the game know what needs to be done! • • Turn up do what’s necessary and be consistent over time.

If you want to lose body fat or gain lean muscle, exercise alone will only get you so far. My training clients who make smart changes to their eating habits succeed in looking and feeling their best far faster. I don't advocate any crazy diets, impractical meal prep suggestions or overly restrictive lifestyles. You can and should still have all the things you love (pizza, wine, cookies--whatever). I've compiled all the research, strategies and recipes that have worked for me and dozens of my clients over my past six years as a nutrition coach for Equinox and Bay Club into one inclusive guide.
